Lisa Soares Lewis, MBA, ACC
Meet Lisa, the driving force behind Great People Solutions. Founded in 2013, Lisa brings over three decades of dynamic experience transforming businesses through strategic HR. Her visionary leadership unlocks people's potential, delivering tangible competitive advantages for organizations.
Lisa's career journey spans a diverse range of local and global powerhouses, including entities in the banking, consulting, telecoms and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
This rich experience encompasses general management consulting, end-to-end HR
leadership, corporate and commercial banking, and robust corporate governance at the Board of directors level. A recognized leader in HR Consulting, Lisa's commercial
acumen is deeply intertwined with her passion for talent. Her insights are highly valued in Jamaica's business community, evidenced by her experience on the boards of influential organizations in FMCG, academia, banking and investments, public health and business associations.
Beyond her extensive experience, Lisa is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in the International Coaching Federation with credentialed training in Breakthrough Performance and Energy Leadership coaching and has completed programmes in Positive Intelligence and Red team Coaching. She has a strong academic record (First-Class Honours B.Sc. Industrial Engineering, MBA with Distinction from University of the West Indies) and held the Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) designation.
Recognized for her coaching prowess, she was celebrated as a "101 Most Fabulous
GLOBAL Coaching Leader" at the 2020 World HRD Congress, in Mumbai, India.
Lisa is a member of the Jamaica Chapter of the International Women’s Forum and
remains active in various business and social partnership associations.
Over the years, Lisa has been the lead consultant and key expert in organizational re-design projects, C-suite talent search and selection, and leadership team coaching engagements to which she brings real world experience and ready-to-use toolkits.

Heidi Hanna
Meet Heidi Hanna, a Senior HR Professional with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations through HR and payroll outsourcing, shared services, and, crucially, digital transformation. Having honed her expertise across diverse industries – from HR Consulting and PEO to Telecommunications, Banking, and FMCG – across Canada, the US, and the Caribbean, Heidi brings a deep understanding of how to leverage technology– including AI – to optimize HR functions and achieve critical business outcomes. Her passion for business process excellence and maximum service delivery ensures seamless and impactful implementations of improved systems and processes.
Heidi's comprehensive HR knowledge is underpinned by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and the esteemed CEBS designation. This robust foundation complements her proven ability to review, re-engineer, and implement impactful service improvements across the HR function.
Heidi has a passion for travel and manages a blog “Where Next Heidi?” which brings a sense of adventure to how she thinks about employee engagement in the workplace.


Patrick Sterling, PhD; SHRM-SCP
Dr. Patrick Sterling, a highly experienced Human Resource and Industrial Relations Practitioner and Consultant, is a valuable addition to our team, bringing seasoned expertise in navigating the complexities of the labor landscape. His extensive career, marked by senior HR leadership roles at prominent organizations in manufacturing, FMCG and telecoms, provides a robust foundation in managing employee relations, fostering positive workplace cultures, and strategically addressing labor matters. Coupled with his academic rigor – holding a PhD (UWI) underpinned by a Teaching Diploma (Mico), a B.A. and an M.Sc. from Nova Southeastern University, an M.Phil. (UWI), Patrick actively lectures and supervises research in Management and Human Resources Management at the university level. Patrick offers our clients a unique blend of practical wisdom and strategic insight in building high-performing and harmonious workforces. His deep understanding of Employee Relations, Culture, Talent, and Change Management will be instrumental in supporting your organizational strategy and achieving sustainable growth.
As an active life-long learner, Patrick has attended several Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) international conferences and has led conference planning committees for the Jamaica Employers’ Federation.
Kristina Phillpotts-Brown
We are pleased to introduce our newest team member, Kristina Phillpotts-Brown, who will be leading research assignments including talent pools. With a strong foundation in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology, she brings valuable experience in Talent Acquisition and Assessment, honed through work in Executive Search and Organizational Effectiveness. Her background includes experience in London, where she contributed to strategic talent management and executive hiring processes in a large telecoms provider, and at a boutique executive talent search firm, where she focused on candidate identification and data analysis to enhance client engagements. Her early career reflects a keen interest in talent development, demonstrated through experience in college career counseling and education consulting.
Her qualifications include an MSc in Human Resources & Organisations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, the highest level certification (Level 7) from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and a B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University.
Kristina is also a Pilates Instructor.


Celia Gibbings
Celia is a results-oriented Digital Transformation Project Manager Consultant with a distinguished 30+ year track record of successfully leading strategic business projects for a wide array of clients across the Caribbean. Her deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the telecoms, fast-moving consumer goods, retail chains, financial services, media, and manufacturing sectors allows her to deliver tailored and impactful solutions.
Clients benefit from Celia's expertise in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while consistently meeting technical specifications and overarching business objectives. Her collaborative approach in offering virtual project management office (PMO) services fosters strong stakeholder buy-in, underpinned by a commitment to the highest ethical standards. Celia further contributes to the development of project management professionals as an Adjunct Lecturer, Research Project Supervisor & Examiner for the M.Sc. in Project Management program at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
Celia's academic foundation includes an MSc in Project Management (with distinction) from UWI's Faculty of Engineering and a BSc in Information Systems and Management. She further holds a PMP certification obtained in Philadelphia and is a certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence.
